Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HornetStrike shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HornetStrike, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Compliance & Export Control
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including South African cybersecurity laws, data protection regulations, and international export control laws.
Our services and technology may be subject to export controls. You agree not to export or re-export our services in violation of applicable laws.

Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, your right to access our services will immediately cease, though certain provisions of these terms will survive termination.
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms or for activities that pose a security risk.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with South African law.
