You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk.
You retain all rights to data you submit to our services. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing our services.
All content, software, technology, and materials provided through our services are the property of HornetStrike and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.
While we strive to maintain 24/7 availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HornetStrike shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HornetStrike, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including South African cybersecurity laws, data protection regulations, and international export control laws.
Our services and technology may be subject to export controls. You agree not to export or re-export our services in violation of applicable laws.
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, your right to access our services will immediately cease, though certain provisions of these terms will survive termination.
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms or for activities that pose a security risk.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with South African law.
